Upon placing of an order by you, we will process the order in commercially reasonable manner. We will endeavour to process your order within 2-3 days after receiving your order confirmation. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.
Orders can be delayed due to COVID-19. Rest assured we are going to deliver your products at the earliest.
Shipping of products will be done by the method indicated in the order.. Title and risk of loss for any or all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Safari shipment to the shipping carrier.
You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by You is to be made, is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by You (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information or non-availability of recipient), any extra cost incurred by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from You and You shall bear such expenses. Further, we shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to any mishandling by any third-party delivery services provider in transit.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges may vary depending upon the size of the packaging, product, location and other factors. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
- Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7-10 business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
- Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or postal services usually between  a.m –  p.m.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
- Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
- We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
- All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
- In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email [and/or Whatsapp] notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, so that we can take appropriate steps to resolve your issue.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by you, at our discretion, regardless of whether such order has been confirmed and/or the payment regarding that order has been received. Any payment made by you shall be refunded completely upon cancellation.
You may cancel any order placed by you before the order has been dispatched.
Returns, Refund and Replacement
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and if your order has not been shipped.

If the order has been shipped, then we will consider the cancellation on a case-to-case basis. A cancellation charge of Rs. 500 will be levied after the order is completed/shipped. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. In case of cancellation, we process the refund immediately. It takes 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your mode of payment.
We will only consider returns/replacements/refund if your order(s) is in a damaged/defective state or in case you’ve received an incorrect product. Such products will only be considered if they are in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition.
Note: Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged due to mishandling.
- If the product has been used or altered.
- If a request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery.
Once successful return request has been raised, we shall make 3 attempts to pick-up the order. Incase we fail to pick-up the order due to unavailability in the 3 attempts made, the return request shall stand cancelled and you shall not be entitle for refund.
